Hey guys, I am not making toys anymore. Working 70 hours a week leaves me no time for it and today I just realized that I have orders from months ago that I haven’t finished. Those will be the last toys I’m making for a long time. I’m sorry to those of you who have waited forever for your Sugarcubes. They’ll be done as soon as possible and you’re always welcome to contact me for a refund. Thanks.
Anonymous said: Hey, were you still going to make the Edward Scissorhands from the contest? i understand youre busy, and stumped with orders but ive been waiting patiently and if you cant just let me know & i wont wait anymore.
I am. Can you email me your address? I always lose track of it on Tumblr. Sugarcubesxvx@gmail.com
Just thought I’d pop in and leave some updates for those of you who are still keeping up with Sugarcubes.
We no longer have a web site.
I am now using a sewing machine to assemble to bases of the toys for durability, but details are still done by hand.
I am taking orders. I’m getting pretty close to being caught up, which means that I’m now on a more reasonable timeline for new orders — I would love to work with some ideas that I haven’t done before, so let’s talk!
Still looking for a new logo — simple, recognizable, does not need to include text. Will trade for a toy!
Oh, and we are on Etsy! :)

Yes I am! Slowly but surely!

I meant to post that question thing on my personal blog — oops! I’m in Washington. Close!
Gonna try to knock out some Adventure Time orders tomorrow. I’ve made all of these guys before but learning to make them with the sewing machine is a whole different story. Thanks or your patience..
